How often are books shipped?
Books are shipped every Wednesday. Your order must be processed by Tuesday 6pm (EST) to ship the following day.

How do you ship books?
We use USPS Media Mail or USPS Priority Mail boxes. Both methods include tracking. Rates are based on current service rates and are subject to change. For the majority of items, we ship in rigid Kraft cardboard mailers with bags and boards for added protection. Larger orders will be finely packed in boxes. We care about the product getting to you safe and secure. We provide USPS tracking information for all books shipped within the United States.
International Shipping
How much is it to ship books outside the United States?
International shipping is really expensive. We don’t have any control over international shipping prices, and it upsets us it costs so much. Shipping costs are calculated based on the class, weight, and dimensions of the products you purchase. If you want to save on shipping, it’s almost always better to buy multiple items at once instead of in separate orders. For example, it might cost $10 to ship a single book outside the US, but add a second book to the order and the same shipping method only goes up to $15.
How do you ship internationally?
We ship using USPS First-Class Package International. We’ve looked into other carriers, but the prices are exorbitant. We want you to buy with confidence but please understand that once the items leave the United States we will not be responsible for lost or damaged items unless you contact us to get insurance.
How long does international shipping take?
Books will generally arrive in 1-4 weeks.

Please be aware that import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and these charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for and cannot refund brokerage fees, shipping carrier fees, VAT, or customs duties.
Other Questions
Can I return items?
We will accept returns for orders that contain incorrect items. To request a return, exchange, or refund, please contact us. Please include your order number with any questions or comments. We will provide a prepaid shipping label via email that you will need to print and adhere to the outside of your return package. Items should be returned in our packaging in the same condition in which they were received.
When will my pre-order arrive?
Pre-order dates are subject to change. Sometimes circumstances beyond our control will create delays. We communicate via social media or newsletter to keep everyone as up to date as possible.
My package has not arrived yet. What should I do?
If you’re within the United States, wait three weeks after the order was placed and then send us a message. We provide USPS tracking information for all books shipped within the United States. If you shipment was marked "Delivered" but you have not received it, please wait another day or two as packages are sometimes marked "Delivered" prematurely. If the item still has not been delivered, contact the local branch of your carrier to check its status. We are not able to provide replacements for packages marked "Delivered," but are happy to assist by providing any tracking information your carrier needs.
If your order was international orders, wait until six weeks after the order was placed and then send a message. But as stated above, once the items leave the United States we will not be responsible for lost or damaged items unless you contact us prior to shipping to get insurance.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take great precaution to ensure that orders arrive in new condition. For any problems, email info@singingflame.com with photos of the damaged shipping package, the product, the order number, and the shipping name and address.
What if I ordered a book and it was returned to you?
If your shipment is returned to us due to insufficient address or marked as undeliverable for any reason, we will need to collect another shipping fee in order to resend your item.
